Nasrec Development

Nasrec Development

Nasrec is a flagship development node being improved by the Johannesburg Development Agency in order to create continuity between the South of Johannesburg and the city itself. It covers 420 ha and contains The Johannesburg Expo Centre (JEC) Soccer City, which hosted the 2010 World Cup and the nearby Crown Mines Golf Course. As well as owning the JEC, Montgomery Worldwide also own the land surrounding the venue, and this will be developed to provide a four star hotel, apartments, shops and restaurants. It is a massive, well-situated development and Montgomery Worldwide/JEC is seeking new partners who would like to help make it happen.
